Terms of Service & Conditions of Use

2.1. Ordering Model: You shall be entitled to place either a single-time order for the product of your choice or purchase a subscription. If you purchase a subscription at RR SHREE ENTERPRISES, you will receive regular shipments of those products at a frequency determined by you at the time of placing an order for the subscription.

2.2. Subscription Charges: Your subscription will continue for each subscription period until you cancel. During each subscription period you will be charged for:

• The cost of the applicable products;
• Shipping;
• Handling; and
• Any applicable taxes.

2.3. Recurring Charge Authorization: By purchasing a subscription, you agree that RR SHREE ENTERPRISES (or its third-party payment processor) may charge you an initial and recurring subscription fee, without further authorization from you, at our then-current subscription rate. You accept responsibility for all recurring charges and your subscription will continue until you cancel. We will notify you before each recurring charge.

3.1. Account Modifications: You can manage or make changes to your subscriptions at any time by logging into your account, clicking “subscriptions”, and following the prompts (e.g., viewing status, adding, or reactivating subscriptions). Any changes will be reflected in your next shipment, except for changes initiated while an order is in process (i.e., payment charged but shipment not yet received), which will reflect after completion of the current order.

3.2. Pausing Subscriptions: You can customize and pause your subscription in your account section or by emailing us at rrshreeblr@gmail.com. If paused before your recurring charge, the next delivery is skipped and your payment method will not be charged. If paused while an order is in process, that order will be fulfilled and the following period will be paused. Deliveries restart automatically after a skipped delivery unless paused again or cancelled. Skipping a shipment does not cancel the subscription.

3.3. Cancellation Policy: You can cancel your subscription anytime, no questions asked, by emailing rrshreeblr@gmail.com. If cancelled before payment is charged, the subscription terminates automatically without further billing. If cancelled while an order is in process, that order will be shipped, and termination takes effect immediately thereafter. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate subscriptions at our sole discretion.

We provide multiple secure payment facilities:

5.1. Payment Warranties: You agree to pay all charges incurred at current rates. You must provide a valid payment mechanism and warrant that you hold legal authority to use any financial cards or instruments provided. All information must be accurate, current, and complete.

5.2. Processor Authorization: You consent to RR SHREE ENTERPRISES and its payment service providers transmitting payment instructions and financial data required to complete transactions, authorizing immediate debiting without additional notices.

5.3. Price Changes & Billing: RR SHREE ENTERPRISES reserves the right to modify prices and billing procedures at any time.

5.4. Fraud Investigation & Recovery: In the event of suspected fraud, the Company reserves the right to transmit details to law enforcement bodies. If fraudulent transactions are conducted by you, RR SHREE ENTERPRISES reserves the right to recover all losses, expenses, lawyer fees, and collection charges, as well as initiate legal remedies under applicable law.

6.1. Territory: We currently deliver products exclusively within the territory of India. If delivery is not yet enabled for your area, checkout cannot be completed. Service areas are expanded frequently.

6.2. Confirmation & Dispatch: Upon successful order placement, an email confirmation will be issued. We endeavour to ship ordered products typically within 2 to 3 working days (and up to 5 to 10 working days for special consignments) of placement. Consignment tracking information will be emailed upon dispatch.

6.3. Delivery Timelines: Standard delivery takes place within 10 days of shipping, and in no event later than 15 to 30 days in the event of emergencies, vendor delays, or unforeseen exigencies beyond reasonable control.

6.4. Undelivered Consignments: If delivery is impossible within 15–30 business days, we will provide a status update. In the case of product unavailability, we will cancel the order and process a refund to the original prepaid source or issue an equivalent store credit coupon. For partial shipments, unfulfilled items will be credited or refunded accordingly.

6.5. Reputed Logistics & Invoicing: We utilize only reputed courier partners. All orders are accompanied by official invoices showing prices compliant with Indian tax statutes. Shipping costs are displayed at checkout.

7.1. Pre-Dispatch Cancellation: Requests to cancel an order will be accepted only if the product has not yet been shipped by us on the date of request. Upon acceptance, you are entitled to a full refund of the entire order value.

7.2. Post-Dispatch Ineligibility: Once a consignment has been dispatched and handed over to logistics partners, cancellation requests cannot be accepted.

7.3. Company Cancellation Rights: RR SHREE ENTERPRISES reserves the right to cancel or refuse any order due to stock unavailability, pricing errors, factual discrepancies, or verification issues identified with personal/financial information.

8.1. Return Window: Returns on items eligible for return are accepted within 30 days of receipt.

8.2. Product Condition: Items must be returned unopened, unused, and sealed in their original product packaging.

8.3. Return Procedure: To initiate a return, email us at rrshreeblr@gmail.com. We will ship a replacement right away, allowing exchange with a fresh pack of the same product or another item of equal or higher value.

8.4. Store Credit Alternative: If you do not wish to receive a replacement, we will issue a store credit coupon of equal value valid for a specified timeframe to apply toward subsequent purchases.

8.5. Refund Processing: For cancelled or returned prepaid orders, refunds are credited back to the original Payment Facility within 10 to 15 working days. Refunds for COD orders are processed via bank transfer to the account details provided during the refund request.

8.6. Non-Refundable Delivery Charges & No Cash: In all cases, delivery and convenience charges are non-refundable. Under no circumstances will customers be entitled to cash refunds.

Coupons may be redeemed at checkout with the discount deducted from the order total. Remaining balances may be paid using any valid payment method. Only one coupon code may be used per transaction.

• Coupons cannot be clubbed with other promotional schemes.
• Coupons expire within a validity period ranging from 2 to 12 months; expired coupons cannot be extended, refunded, or exchanged for cash.
• If an order is cancelled after applying a coupon code, that coupon cannot be re-applied to future orders.
• The Company reserves the right to deny or void offers in cases of suspected coupon misuse or abuse.

10.1. Disclaimer of Consequential Damages: In no event will RR SHREE ENTERPRISES be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages (including lost profits, business interruption, loss of data, personal injury, or failure to meet duties of reasonable care) arising out of the use or inability to use the Website, services, or products, even if advised of the possibility of such damages. Your sole and exclusive remedy is to discontinue using the Web Portal.

10.2. Force Majeure: In the event of floods, heavy rains, national bandhs, fire, hurricanes, earthquakes, explosions, acts of God, war, terrorism, civil commotion, strikes, lockouts, supply shortages, or government regulations beyond our reasonable control, we reserve the right to reschedule shipments and services.

11.1. Account Termination: RR SHREE ENTERPRISES may, in its sole discretion, limit, suspend, or terminate user accounts, remove listings, or restrict access to the Web Portal if you breach these terms, furnish false or misleading information, or engage in conduct harmful to other users or the Company.

11.2. Indemnity: You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless RR SHREE ENTERPRISES, its employees, directors, officers, agents, and successors from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, and expenses (including attorney's fees) arising from your actions or inactions, breach of representations, non-fulfillment of obligations, or infringement of applicable statutory regulations.

Descriptions and availability of Services may change without notice. RR SHREE ENTERPRISES does not warrant that information is free from typographical errors, omissions, or illustration discrepancies.

The Company makes no warranty that:

• The Service will meet your specific personal requirements;
• The Service will be uninterrupted, timely, secure, or error-free;
• Results obtained from using the service will be accurate or reliable;
• Any operational defects in web portal software will be immediately rectified.

Any downloaded material is obtained at your own risk. Advice or statements found on the portal do not create any warranties beyond those explicitly defined herein.
